Let's welcome in fresh new energy and light.
Journey to the Sussex countryside, to the Innerbloom dome; a cocoon-like sanctuary for energy healing.
​This time of year is symbolised by awakening, renewal, and fertility; nature is approaching full bloom, days are longer, and there’s a sense of movement and vitality in the air.
​
During this two and a half hour Mini Retreat, you will shed old, unhelpful energy, and head into the burgeoning season with an infusion of fresh, new energy.
​​
We will bring together the fiery passion of Beltane and the soft beauty of spring. Leaving you refreshed and revived for the coming months.
Come and rest.
We will gather in the dome at Innerbloom, and our time together will begin with a fire ritual; a nod to the ancient fire festival of Beltane, which falls on 1st May.
​
We may even cast a spell.
​
You don't have to speak up, or share what you are releasing, unless that's what you prefer. This can be a quiet, personal practice.
Then we will lie down...
...getting as comfy and cosy as we can - blankets, pillows, cushions and even duvets are most welcome.
The studio has a soft floor and views of the downs, so we will have a perfect environment to benefit from the sound healing.
Whilst you are resting...
...you will experience the healing frequencies of the crystal singing bowls, gong, drum and chimes, whilst the gentle scent of hand-blended, herbal, incense cleanses your energy field.
Your body will have a chance to fully relax, and absorb the restorative vibrations of the instruments.
When it's time to open your eyes again...
...I will welcome you gently back into a wakeful energy.

I will invite you to pick an oracle card, and you can mull over its guidance whilst enjoying herbal tea and homemade cake to ground and comfort you.
​
Finally, there will be some free time where you can lie and rest, sit by the fire or journal; whatever you need the most.
